The Light & Legacy Awards Nomination

We believe compassion deserves to be celebrated. 

The Light & Legacy Awards will honor the hospice workers, caregivers, funeral directors, volunteers, and community members who bring comfort, connection, and dignity to end-of-life care in Oklahoma City and the surrounding areas. Please nominate anyone in Oklahoma. 

If you know someone whose kindness lights the way for others, please nominate them below. 

Winners will be featured in the Spring 2026 print issue of The Life & Legacy List and recognized online.  

Nominations close December 15, 2025. 

If possible, share a photo of your nominee or something that represents their kindness by emailing them to: [email protected]

Please be sure to include the name of the Nominee the photos are in reference to.
